Online Associate Registration
  • Company reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason.
  • All disputes are subject to Patna Jurisdiction. Any such dispute or difference arising out of or touching the scope of this agreement shall be referred to a sole arbitrator to be appointed by the Chairman of the Company. The provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 shall apply.
  • In all cases incentives, awards and rewards will be given after deduction of T.D.s.
  • Booking of any unit through a Business Associate will be recognized only if :-
    • At the time of 'welcome call' made by Company, customer should agree & confirm the Business Associate intermediary role.
    • Business Associate must ensure that the customer acknowledges in writing the Business Associates's name & intermediary role on the booking application form.
  • Commissions/brokerage is payable on the total agreement value on lump sum basis may vary from project to project.
  • Brokerage payment will be made in favor of the registered name of the business associate as per the company records.
  • Once the commission has been paid, any change in consideration value attribtable to any reason as the case may be, would not entitle the business associate to any incremental commission payout.
  • In the event of cancellation of a booking, all paid commission & contest/reward amount will be recovered from business associate for that particulars booking.
  • Business Associate cannot use company logo & name without taking prior approval for any activity including sales activity. Company can take legal action if found Business associate guilty.
  • The Business Associate will be solely responsible for ensuring that all Documents like Signed Application Form, Attested KYC Documents, Layout and Payment schedule, Plot/Unit No. allotment etc. is provided to company.
  • Project pricing at any time is at sole discretion of Company. Company reserves the right to change the pricing without any prior notice. Company will publish such pricing information from time to time as and when required.
  • The Business Associate is aware that the services provided by the business associates are in nature of Real Estate Agent services and would be liable for service tax in India as they are in connection with properties located within india.
  • The Business Associate will bear 100% service tax if applicable.
  • The customer will reserve the paramount right to retain or change the business associate at any point during the sale process.
  • Company reserves right to change percentage of business associate, change any conditions or complete abolish of the Contest even during the Contest period, reward & terms & conditions of company without any prior notice & at their own discretion.
  • Business Associate must be with the Company at the time of disbursement of the prize & commission.
  • Breach of any of the above terms and conditions would lead to forfeiture of any unpaid commission and entitle Trustbooster infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. or any/all companies under Team trustbooster to initiate necessary action against the conceared business associate.
